Quotes & pricing
Carriers charge on the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric (dimensional) weight of your consignment. Our quote calculator works out both for you, applies the tariff for your destination zone and shows an estimated price range for each service. A member of our team then confirms the final price.
Volumetric weight reflects the space a parcel takes up on an aircraft or vehicle. For courier services it is length x width x height in centimetres divided by 5,000; for air freight the divisor is usually 6,000. A large but light box is therefore charged on its volumetric weight. Try our free volumetric weight calculator on the Shipping Tools page.
Online prices are indicative estimates based on the information you provide. Final prices depend on accurate weights and dimensions, the collection and delivery addresses, fuel surcharges and any additional services. We confirm everything with you before your shipment is booked.
Yes. Regular shippers can apply for a credit account. Subject to approval, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Contact us or request a callback to get started.
Shipping & delivery
Through our carrier partners we reach more than 220 countries and territories. Our specialist export lanes are the USA, Canada, Australia and South America, and we offer next-day delivery across the UK and road services into Europe.
Express courier services typically deliver in 1-3 working days to the USA and Canada and 2-5 working days to Australia and South America. Economy services and air freight take longer but cost less. Transit times for your destination are shown in the quote calculator.
Yes. We offer scheduled and ad-hoc collections, and you are also welcome to drop off at our facility on Poyle Road, Colnbrook, minutes from Heathrow Airport. We are available round the clock.
Use the Track page on this website - enter your tracking number and we will take you straight to live tracking with the right carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx or DPD). Our team can also give you an update at any time.
Customs & documentation
By default, duties and taxes are paid by the receiver on arrival (DAP). If you would prefer to pay them up front so your customer receives the goods with nothing to pay, we can arrange a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service for most destinations.
Most non-document shipments leaving the UK - including to the EU - need a commercial invoice showing a clear description of the goods, their value, commodity (HS) code and country of origin. Our customs team checks your paperwork before dispatch and will tell you if anything else is required.
Yes. We do not carry IATA restricted articles (dangerous goods) or any items which by their value or characteristics are unacceptable for safety or legal reasons. See our Shipping Guide for a list of common prohibited and restricted items, or ask us before you book.
Insurance & claims
Carrier liability is limited under our Terms & Conditions of Carriage. For cover above those limits, insurance should be arranged by the shipper before the goods are handed over. Ask us about cover options when you book.
Claims must be made in writing within 30 days of the date we accepted the shipment, and all transportation charges must be paid before a claim can be considered. Please keep the packaging and contact our team as soon as possible.
